Introduction of Sponsoring Body

Our non-profit making kindergarten and nursery were established by The Mission Covenant Church of Hong Kong (MCCHK), aiming at helping children learn the knowledge and the truth from education. Early in 1990, the missionaries from The Mission Covenant Church of Norway (MCCN) arrived in China, and started medical services and church ministry in Shanxi. The work of the MCCHK commenced in the 50’s. MCCHK has set up Tseung Kwan O Medical Rescue Service, Haven of Hope Hospital and Sunnyside Children’s Home. In the 70’s, MCCHK started education and social services in Hong Kong. In almost 50 years’ time, MCCHK has set up The Mission Covenant Church Holm Glad College, The Mission Covenant Church Holm Glad Primary School, The Mission Covenant Church Holm Glad No.2 Primary School, Christian Little Angel Kindergartens (Richland Gardens, Kam Fung and Tin Shing), The Mission Covenant Church Sister Annie’s Kindergarten/Nursery, The Mission Covenant Church Yiu On Neighourhood Elderly Centre and Sister Randi’s Home For The Elderly.

School Mission and Vision

We provide quality preschool education from the love of God, in which children not only gain the knowledge but also know the truth of Jesus Christ. Our quality teachers use different teaching methods (e.g. project approach, high scope and small group teaching) to increase children’s learning motivation. Children will learn bthrough the process of observation, doing experiment, discussion and practicing to understand different concepts and knowledge so as to enlighten their talents, to enhance their abilities and to help them develop their good characters. We wish that our children can grow and develop in a balanced way, preparing themselves to be persons with a life-long learning attitude, critical thinking mindset, and creativity.
